In slide two the portrait of Liz the light is hitting her straight on her face from straight on. The shadows created on her face are below her cheek and on her neck. Liz is sitting straight up looking the the left away from the camera. I shot the camera straight on standing right in front of her and the picture was horizontal. I was pretty close to Liz while taking the picture. The picture is not a serious picture but it is not silly at all. It seems like she is careless and just looks away from the camera and light straight on her face. The first slide of Tiffany is different than the picture of Liz described above. Liz is more careless looking away from the camera, where Tiffany is looking straight in to the camera sort of questioning me and taking the picture. They are the same because they are both in a studio and both use light just in a different way.
